Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders are packaged & shipped out as they are received. Please be mindful that orders received on weekends will not ship out until the following Monday. If there are any issues with your delivery please reach out to us immediately at SHOP@AVE127.COM. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.

Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on if you’re shipping to a PO BOX and also the weight of your package to the address you provide. If you reside in an apartment complex please make sure that your apartment number is listed on your address when your order is placed. This will eliminate any packages being returned to sender due to an incomplete address. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your UPS tracking to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order before submission. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

LOST PACKAGES

​If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email immediately AT SHOP@AVE127.COM. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days but we cannot control how long it may take. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a refund will be issued. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
